Serve as a key member of MongoDB Ventures GTM and Voyage AI in helping to drive adoption and usage of Voyage Embedding and Reranking model
Contribute to the design and execution of go-to-market strategies for the assigned startup territory
Drive engagement within the assigned territory, particularly focusing on technical decision makers and founders
Build strong relationships with builders, innovators, business leaders, and operations teams to win net-new customers, explore and establish strategic partnerships, and drive top-line revenue
Develop and maintain a foundational understanding of MongoDB & Voyage AI products, competitors, and partner products
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Developer Relations, and MongoDB Ventures (including Voyage AI founders) to deliver value
Participate in sales enablement training, including Sales Bootcamp and ongoing programs
Requirements
1-3 years of quota carrying field experience in a fast-paced and competitive market, ideally selling technically complex products
High level of intellectual curiosity and coachability
Demonstrated ability to identify and build new champions within your customer-base, and navigate a sales process
Ability to translate complex technical concepts and technical pain into business value
Drive and competitive with a strong desire to be successful
Must live in territory and be willing to be in office 3 days per week
Familiarity with software development concepts, technologies, and personas
Experience selling into technical buyers
