Responsibilities
Sales & marketing of Pyrotec Fire Resistant Cable and MMC Structured Cabling System in the Philippines
Develop business plan and marketing strategy for targeted markets to ensure attainment of company goals
Create new project opportunities through engagement with designers, manager project pipeline and funnel to generate revenue for the company
Responsible for monthly forecast of sales invoice(revenue) and new purchase order (PO) in line with annual sales target and KPI target settings.
Plan and organize advertising & promotion activities to uplift brand reputation.
Keep track and follow up potential project status (with required & relevant data) and update project pipeline for reporting and submission to immediate superior on a monthly basis.
Work closely with M&E consultants & project owners and specify Pyrotec and MMC during project designing stage.
Monitor and manage the progress and performance of distributor. To feed information on projects and ensure distributor is following up
To manage and ensure distributor is keeping sufficient stock inventory to serve the market.
Be proactive in deploying EXACT CRM in daily planning & reporting (inclusive of business calendar for appointments, customer & project input)
To identify any inefficiency and suggest improvement proposal where possible.
To deliver the result within value system of the company.
And any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior / HOD / MD from time to time.
Focus on opening opportunities for both distributors and expanding the company’s Philippine market client base.
Work toward getting the company’s brands included in vendor/acceptable brand lists in major projects.
Feed qualified project leads and technical information to distributors for quotation and fulfilment.
Conduct weekly project review meetings with distributors to track project status, quotations issued, and process improvements.
Organize and participate in marketing events or seminars at least once per quarter to promote brand awareness.
Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to improve local sales and operational processes.
Register and maintain records in CRM as part of daily work routine.
Work closely with the logistics team for coordination of product delivery and documentation requirements.
Requirements
Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (or equivalent)
Technical knowledge of fire-resistant cables and structured cabling systems is an advantage (product training will be provided).
Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or project-based selling, ideally in the M&E (Mechanical & Electrical), construction, or electrical equipment industry.
Proven experience working with or managing distributors, consultants, project designers, or contractors.
Demonstrated ability to build a strong network with M&E consultants, design engineers, project owners, and private developers (network of at least 5–10 active contacts preferred).
Must be 30-39 years old.
Prior involvement in marketing activities, such as client seminars, brand promotions, or technical presentations, is an advantage.
Possess good communication and relationship building skill to develop customer base and ability to influence the decision maker.
