About the role

  • Retail Sales Manager for leading design lighting brand in Switzerland. Focus on building client relationships and boosting regional brand presence through various events.

Responsibilities

  • Representation of the company and its products to local, regional and national clients as well as retail partners
  • Expansion of regional brand presence through trade fairs, events and specialist forums
  • Establishment and maintenance of client relationships with architects, planners, key accounts and partners
  • Handling of project inquiries from product recommendation through to implementation
  • Interface management between projects and retail partners
  • Analysis of market and competitive developments including reporting and deriving action measures

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 yearsprofessional experience in sales at an international (design) company, ideally with a focus on retail and contract sales
  • Existing network in the A&D sector (architects & designers) in Switzerland
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills as well as intercultural competence
  • Excellent communication skills, strong social skills and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
  • High willingness to travel and flexibility in daily work
  • Very good English skills, German skills are an advantage
