About the role

  • Assistance Manager providing technical service for KSB products including installation and troubleshooting in India. Roles include gathering data, preparing presentations, and promoting service business.

Responsibilities

  • Provide service for new installation and start-up of KSB products
  • Troubleshoot and perform overhauling/revision of pumps and valves
  • Prepare modification offers as per site requirement
  • Identify service needs and promote service business
  • Present collected information on claims/complaints
  • Prepare case studies for training presentations
  • Complete other assignments as directed by superiors

Requirements

  • Technical knowledge in operation related data analysis
  • Experience in service business promotion
  • Ability to gather application & operation related data
  • Presentation skills to prepare case studies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Team player with customer-oriented approach.
