About the role
- Support the SAP FICO workstream in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client financial processes.
- Configure SAP FICO modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
- Participate in client workshops, requirement gathering, and FIT-GAP analysis.
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on WRICEF developments.
- Assist in testing cycles (SIT, UAT), data migration, and cutover planning.
- Ensure integration with other modules such as MM, SD, and PP.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams during implementation and go-live.
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of SAP experience with at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations in the Finance domain.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and business process design.
- Good understanding of Universal Journal, Financial Closing Cockpit, and Reporting in S/4HANA.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models.
- Exposure to SAP BTP, Fiori apps, and RISE with SAP is a plus.
- Cross-module integration experience with MM, SD, and PP.
- Certifications: Required: SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification; Preferred: SAP Activate Project Manager (Associate Level).
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field (B.Com, B.Tech, MBA, CA, etc.).
- Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines.
