Responsibilities
- verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de optimalisatie van een aantal van onze duurzame assets.
- Samen met onze technische- en onderhoudsteams zorgen dat jouw portfolio op financieel, bouwtechnisch, maatschappelijk en gebruiksvriendelijk vlak zo goed mogelijk presteert.
- Risicobeheer en bekijken van de financiële aspecten.
- Rapporteren over de prestaties en adviezen.
- Zelfstandig de leiding nemen over projecten binnen je portfolio en nauw samenwerken met verschillende interne en externe stakeholders.
Requirements
- Een afgeronde technische of bedrijfskundige HBO en/of WO opleiding.
- Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring.
- Kennis van werktuigbouwkundige installaties.
- VCA VOL en GPI-certificeringen, of de bereidheid om deze te behalen.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel intern als extern.
- Persoonlijke ambitie om te blijven leren en door te groeien.
