About the role

  • Cultivating and maintaining COLORS relationships with artists and their key stakeholders
  • Develop and implement strategies that elevate the artist experience across all of COLORS offerings
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure cross-functional alignment between artist needs and content management requirements
  • Serve as the central point of contact for alumni engagement and additional artist-facing opportunities
  • Drive artist-facing campaigns and rollouts, proactively creating and facilitating opportunities to maximize impact around A COLORS SHOW releases
  • Manage the release schedule for A COLORS SHOW and related projects, working in tandem with Platform Management, Distribution & Production
  • Coordinate content approval and timely distribution of assets across stakeholders
  • Provide clear and consistent communication to artists and teams, gathering updates and approvals throughout the roll out process
  • Identify areas for operational improvement to ensure resources are aligned and projects are delivered at the highest quality
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of artist projects, from pre-production to release
  • Collaborate with Production & Post-Production to set delivery deadlines, track progress, and maintain cross-functional alignment
  • Be on set during productions to ensure everything runs smoothly from an Artist Relations and Curation perspective
  • Manage operational workflows within the Artist Relations team - optimizing review systems for efficiency, clarity, and impact

Requirements

  • 5+ proven years of work experience in artist relations, A&R, culture, or label/project management within the music industry and/or adjacent
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A sharp eye for emerging talent and cultural trends, with a passion for music discovery and curation.
  • Comfortable navigating both creative and operational aspects of artist projects.
  • A collaborative mindset, capable of working across departments and balancing multiple stakeholders.
  • Has strong communication skills in English & German (with any other European languages being a plus), especially when aligning with internal departments and external partners.
  • Has an interest & and is attuned to both the COLORS brand and wider landscape of music, culture, fashion and lifestyle.
