Responsibilities
Your main responsibility is acquiring new B2B partners through direct field sales.
Your customer portfolio covers three segments: grocery retail (LEH), petrol stations, and housing associations.
You will be in the field in your region about 3–4 days per week.
You are responsible for your customers from the initial approach through to contract signing.
You develop tailored solutions for your regional partners, taking local conditions into account.
You also represent your employer at regional industry events, trade shows and conferences.
You build and expand your network of relevant contacts in your region.
You drive your employer’s rapid growth forward with your ideas and sales talent.
Requirements
Excellent German language skills; English is a nice-to-have.
Residence in Stuttgart.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in field sales or B2B direct acquisition is required.
You are familiar with selling services.
Solid experience in contract negotiation.
