About the role

  • Manage existing accounts and develop new Western Union agents in southern and southeastern Netherlands
  • Lead business development across territory including Rotterdam and Eindhoven
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with agent partners to optimize performance and grow business
  • Activate additional locations for existing agents and handle recertification, banking changes, credit limits, and tech upgrades
  • Implement branding and POS-level pricing/commission adjustments
  • Collaborate with inside sales teams and drive same-store sales
  • Support new business lead generation and provide day-to-day support to agents
  • Field-based role with approximately 80% travel to customer locations

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year in sales, in Money Transfer
  • School diploma required; degree preferred
  • Advanced communication and technical skills
  • Relationship building and commercial acumen
  • Strong sales mindset, negotiation, and project management abilities
  • Ability to navigate internal processes and deliver agent training
  • Fluent in Dutch & English
  • Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 80%)
