Analyst coordinating projects for Energy Market Operations and Market Operations divisions. Managing milestones, documentation, and budgets in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate Markets project activities to ensure projects are developed and implemented with high quality with respect to established Project Management guidelines
Ensure thorough project documentation including compliance and design considerations
Communicate and coordinate current and upcoming Markets project milestones inside and outside of the division
Establish parallel timelines and milestones in coordination with project coordinators for the impacted divisions/departments
Coordinate project budgeting in coordination with Corporate Finance
Organize testing activities in coordination with IT Quality Assurance department and store all testing documentation
Coordinate conforming updates to PJM Manuals and supporting documents
Attend relevant stakeholder meetings to support key initiatives
Ensure the projects and associated processes are executed in a timely manner, are coordinated and communicated across multiple divisions involved and external vendors
Ensure that project deliverables are transitioned to organizational functional owners with appropriate training and support structures
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent work experience
At least 0-5 years of work experience
Ability to produce high-quality work products with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team on work assignments to support the Markets Division.
Must have high learning agility to understand complex technical problems.
Must have effective analytical and reasoning capabilities, refined written and verbal skills and presentation skills.
Must have excellent communication and active listening skills.
