Responsibilities
Atender clientes e potenciais clientes via tícket e telefone, prestando suporte sobre o uso da plataforma DPOnet
Sanar dúvidas, registrar e direcionar solicitações para as áreas responsáveis (jurídico, financeiro, produto, comercial, marketing, governança, cultura, infraestrutura e tecnologia)
Apoiar clientes durante a jornada inicial de implementação da LGPD na plataforma
Cadastrar novas empresas/clientes na plataforma DPOnet
Reportar erros e bugs para o time de produto, além de sugerir melhorias
Receber e encaminhar solicitações de titulares de dados
Prestar suporte técnico aos alunos da Universidade da Privacidade, auxiliando com cadastros e orientações sobre os cursos
Requirements
Ter no mínimo 6 meses de experiência na função de suporte/atendimento
Curso técnico ou ensino superior cursando em áreas de Tecnologia e Comunicação é um diferencial
Boa comunicação verbal e escrita
Capacidade de interpretar solicitações e responder de forma clara e objetiva
Empatia e foco em oferecer a melhor experiência possível ao cliente
Conhecimento básico em plataformas de suporte SaaS
Noções de sistemas operacionais (Linux/Windows)
Domínio da língua portuguesa escrita
Interesse por privacidade e segurança da informação
