Responsibilities

  • Lead teams that deliver product/service information
  • Aggregate customer issues and collate common issues for response strategy
  • Maintain and renew knowledge of policies and procedures
  • Provide fault isolation and resolution for complex challenges
  • Enter customer information into the CRM system
  • Record and process special orders as required
  • Set clear objectives for sales calls or meetings
  • Conduct periodic health checks with key customers
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Participate in professional development activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
  • Over 3 years to 6 years of relevant experience
  • Basic experience of coordinating the work of others (4 to 6 months)
