About the role

  • Generate outbound pipeline through AI-personalized campaigns;
  • Launch multi-channel outreach via LinkedIn, email, voice, and messengers;
  • Rapidly validate messaging and ICPs with automation;
  • Build internal systems and GPT agents to scale outreach;
  • Run A/B tests on messages, sequences, and channels;
  • Leverage data to adapt campaigns and report learnings weekly;
  • Collaborate with the C-level team to align GTM with product value.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, growth, or GTM (startup experience is a plus);
  • Mastery of AI automation tools: ChatGPT, Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, OctaveHQ, Phantombuster;
  • Hands-on mindset – you build, launch, and iterate fast;
