About the role

  • Lead and manage multiple Agile projects, ensuring on-time and quality delivery of initiatives
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, risks, and issues
  • Track and report project progress, resource utilization, and deliverables
  • Identify bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions
  • Partner closely with stakeholders to define priorities and align goals
  • Serve as a mentor or guide for team members

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in project management
  • At least 5 years in Agile environments
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello)
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • PMP, CSM, or equivalent Agile certification is an asset.
