About the role
- Lead and manage multiple Agile projects, ensuring on-time and quality delivery of initiatives
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, risks, and issues
- Track and report project progress, resource utilization, and deliverables
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions
- Partner closely with stakeholders to define priorities and align goals
- Serve as a mentor or guide for team members
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in project management
- At least 5 years in Agile environments
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent Agile certification is an asset.
