Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Proficient in applying agile methods
- Strong knowledge of agile principles and practices
- Ideally an Agile Coach certification or equivalent qualification
- Clear and effective communication
- Early identification and resolution of issues
- Presence and availability for the team
- Independent organization and prioritization skills
- Basic understanding of software development; agency experience is a plus
- Excellent German language skills (spoken and written) and confident English
