Sell 360 content partnerships, data-driven solutions and display campaigns
Manage an accurate pipeline and meet quarterly sales targets
Partner with planning, marketing, product, and CRM teams to deliver creative, high-quality responses to briefs
Bring fresh industry insight and new ideas to clients and colleagues
Act as a trusted commercial partner to help agencies see the unique power of Mumsnet to connect with parents
Craft smart, insight-driven partnerships that deliver client results and revenue growth
Be supported by sales and planning teams while providing spark, hustle, and energy to win business
Requirements
3+ years’ media sales experience within an agency-facing role, or 5+ years media agency experience and looking to transition into media sales
An established black book of senior agency contacts (planning, buying, strategy, and programmatic teams)
Fantastic contacts at WPP, ideally Essence Mediacom (specific requirement)
Contacts at Dentsu and IPG are a bonus
A track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
Confidence pitching and closing large deals with major clients
A collaborative, team-first approach
Strong communication skills and an ability to engage senior stakeholders
Highly organised, proactive, and a genuine self-starter
Proven understanding of the digital media world, including programmatic buying, brand safety, display targeting solutions and the use of 1st party data
