About the role
- Providing technical support to our dealers, service partners and end customers
- Supporting end customers in the field through the management of our service partner and dealer network
- Participating in providing technical training to our dealer & service partner network
- Assisting with the evaluation and reporting of warranty claims
- Acting as the link between us and our manufacturing facility in Sweden
- Developing and maintaining long lasting relationships with our customers, dealers and service partners
Requirements
- Solid technical background, preferably on heavy machinery
- Experience in electrics, hydraulics & general mechanics
- Experience in a field service or technical support role for a dealership or manufacturer in the Plant, Agricultural or Automotive industries
