Responsibilities
- Direct and lead the commercial strategy team to achieve targets and business growth.
- Lead the sales strategy for an assigned territory while being responsible for meeting sales targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline, increase market share and profitability.
- Implement the strategic plan ensuring the budget execution regarding Sales, Profit Contribution, Overhead and EBIT.
- Drive use of the CRM software, develop a pipeline of projects.
- Promote use of S&OP processes to support demand planning requirements.
- Recruit, hire and train new members of the sales staff.
- Maintain and expand customer base by building and maintaining partnerships with key customers.
Requirements

- You must have or be eligible to obtain top secret clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or Engineering preferred.
- 10 or more years of sales experience.
- Experience with Microsoft BI or other enterprise data visualization tools.
- Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM, ERP utilities.
