Responsibilities
Briefing meeting and course project development
Preparation of checklists for tools and equipment for training
Development of course materials for in-person sessions and webinars
Preparation of worksheets for practical stages; preparation of control sheets for printed training materials (CDM)
Development of participant support materials
Design of knowledge assessments, quizzes, and behavioral evaluations
Creation of communications to publicize courses
Delivery of in-person courses, webinars, and certifications
Administration of knowledge assessments
Preparation of the learning environment (arranging furniture and audiovisual resources); verification of didactic materials and support
Coordination of catering services (coffee breaks); management of training vehicles (maneuvers and transfers between CRT and dealership)
Technical configuration of transmission resources (audio, video, streaming resources)
Certifications: grading, and preparation of reports and technical assessments
Consultant certification: analysis and evaluation of videos submitted by consultants
Teaching and study for Brand Certification, Pedagogical Certification, and Specializations
Conducting technical visits (e.g., tour of the Anchieta production line)
Supporting veteran instructor classes for content calibration
Business travel by air
Business travel by road
Requirements
Preferred: Bachelor's degree or technologist in Administration, Economics, Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
Preferably 2 years of experience delivering commercial trainings, preferably in the automotive sector
Analytical skills for evaluation of training materials and related documents
Strong communication skills to develop, adapt, and deliver trainings across the Volkswagen dealership network
Strategy, planning, control, and organization of trainings
Advanced Microsoft Office
Dynamism and proactivity
Strong classroom presence and knowledge of andragogical methodologies
Intermediate English and Spanish (preferred)
