About the role

  • Instructor for commercial and post-sales training at Volkswagen Group Services in Brazil. Managing and developing training programs for VW dealerships.

Responsibilities

  • Briefing meeting and course project development
  • Preparation of checklists for tools and equipment for training
  • Development of course materials for in-person sessions and webinars
  • Preparation of worksheets for practical stages; preparation of control sheets for printed training materials (CDM)
  • Development of participant support materials
  • Design of knowledge assessments, quizzes, and behavioral evaluations
  • Creation of communications to publicize courses
  • Delivery of in-person courses, webinars, and certifications
  • Administration of knowledge assessments
  • Preparation of the learning environment (arranging furniture and audiovisual resources); verification of didactic materials and support
  • Coordination of catering services (coffee breaks); management of training vehicles (maneuvers and transfers between CRT and dealership)
  • Technical configuration of transmission resources (audio, video, streaming resources)
  • Certifications: grading, and preparation of reports and technical assessments
  • Consultant certification: analysis and evaluation of videos submitted by consultants
  • Teaching and study for Brand Certification, Pedagogical Certification, and Specializations
  • Conducting technical visits (e.g., tour of the Anchieta production line)
  • Supporting veteran instructor classes for content calibration
  • Business travel by air
  • Business travel by road

Requirements

  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree or technologist in Administration, Economics, Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
  • Preferably 2 years of experience delivering commercial trainings, preferably in the automotive sector
  • Analytical skills for evaluation of training materials and related documents
  • Strong communication skills to develop, adapt, and deliver trainings across the Volkswagen dealership network
  • Strategy, planning, control, and organization of trainings
  • Advanced Microsoft Office
  • Dynamism and proactivity
  • Strong classroom presence and knowledge of andragogical methodologies
  • Intermediate English and Spanish (preferred)
  • Availability to travel
