About the role

  • Design, institute and update the organization’s financial governance and internal auditing policies, strategies and tools
  • Present processes, rules and standards used to manage assets and cash flows
  • Advise and assist clients and partners as part of intervention and development initiatives
  • Recommend solutions to improve or optimize standards, policies and programs
  • Prepare recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization’s objectives and priorities
  • Diagnose issues, challenges and needs to determine target outcomes
  • Develop and help implement objectives, solutions and action plans
  • Analyze data, conduct studies, make recommendations and write reports
  • Frequently interact and coordinate with stakeholders across different fields

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Action oriented, Business insight, Customer Focus, Differences, Interpersonal Savvy, Nimble learning
  • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
