About the role

  • Administrative Secretary assisting in communication and planning for artist management processes at 17 LIVE. Responsible for documentation, scheduling, and project support in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • 負責經紀行政事務流程之溝通、整合及規劃
  • 基本活動製圖及圖文發想
  • 負責文書資料處理工作
  • 維護、更新、管理各類文件檔案及資料庫系統
  • 完成工作時程表,管理行事曆,並負責會議協調與安排
  • 整理簽核文件及發送,並負責追蹤執行狀況

Requirements

  • 基本文書處理軟體操作 (G suite, Microsoft Office Suite, shorthand, etc.)
  • 基本製圖軟體操作(Canva、Photoshop)
  • 1年以上業務助理經驗
