About the role

  • Perform accounts payable and receivable tasks, bookkeeping entries, bank reconciliation, and expense control;
  • Support the management of contracts and administrative documents;
  • Organize and maintain the CEO's calendars, meetings, and appointments;
  • Monitor suppliers and service providers, ensuring deadlines and deliveries are met;
  • Support office routines, handling orders, supplies, and team communications;
  • Provide personal assistance to the CEO, helping with daily tasks, external commitments, and priority management;
  • Assist in liaising with the accounting firm and other partner departments.

Requirements

  • Organized with strong attention to detail;
  • Discretion and a strong sense of responsibility;
  • Good communication skills and ability to prioritize;
  • Flexibility to handle diverse topics and a fast-paced environment;
  • Knowledge of financial routines and office tools (Microsoft Office suite, spreadsheets, email, calendar, etc.).
