Fenwick & WestClient Accounting Specialist
Client Accounting Specialist responsible for managing financial aspects of clients' portfolios. Work closely with finance management to ensure best practices in billing and collections.
About the role
- Zentrale Anlaufstelle in der Finanzabteilung für technische Fragestellungen in Bezug auf IFRS
- Schlüsselfunktion bei der Sicherstellung der Compliance aller Finanz-Transaktionen der Rückversicherung nach IFRS
- Unterstützung der Geschäftsbereiche der Rückversicherung und Implementierung neuer Finanz-Initiativen oder Investments in die Systeme
- Verantwortlich für konsistente und genaue Finanzinformationen
- Verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung der Richtlinien für die Rechnungslegung IFRS
- Verantwortlich für das Projektmanagement bei IFRS-Projekten der lokalen Finanzabteilung
- Unterstützung der Finanzabteilung bei der Anwendung der Richtlinien
- Mitarbeit bei der Konsolidierung
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie dem Jahresbericht
- Durchführung von Performance-Analysen für verschiedene Unternehmensbereiche
- Verantwortlich für das Quality Management beim Reporting und bei der Dokumentation
- Verantwortlich für die Pflege der Schnittstellen zur Produktentwicklung, zum Controlling, Tax und Audit
- Verantwortlich für die Betreuung der externen Revision
- Ad hoc Projekte und Schulungen.
Requirements
- Master oder Bachelor in Rechnungswesen
- CPA, CA oder ACCA
- Erfahrung mit IFRS und der dazugehörigen Regulierung
- Erfahrung in einem internationalen (Rück)Versicherungsunternehmen oder in einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft mit Fokus auf Versicherung oder Rückversicherung
- Analytische, gut organisierte Persönlichkeit
- Präzises, speditives Arbeiten und Multitasking auch unter Termin-Druck
- Vernetztes Denken und Teamfähigkeit
- Fähigkeit zur effektiven Arbeit in einer internationalen Matrixorganisation
- Proaktiver und praktischer Ansatz zur Lösung komplexer Probleme
- Ausgezeichneter Kommunikator und Netzwerker
- Glaubwürdigkeit im Umgang mit den Fachabteilungen
