About the role

• Accounting Manager leading daily operations for EMEA accounting team at Transoft Solutions. Overseeing budgeting, reporting, and compliance within a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the accounting team in EMEA, overseeing day-to-day accounting activities, including AP, AR, bank reconciliation.
• Ensure month-end procedures are completed accurately and on-time.
• Assist in the annual budgeting process.
• Prepare financial reports and analyses.
• Review tax returns and financial statements prepared by external accountants and auditors.
• Act as a power-user of Business Central and support EMEA users with this system.
• Assist with the preparation of year-end working papers and provide audit support for Transoft’s companies in EMEA.
• Implement and maintain operating and control procedures, aligned to group policies.
• Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned.

Requirements

• You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• You have progressive experience in accounting roles, preferably with international companies.
• You have a minimum of 2 years of management experience.
• You hold an ACA designation, or equivalent certification.
• You are highly proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• You exhibit strong teamwork skills and have the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people.
• You have very strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• You are able to prioritize and handle tasks in a timely manner, demonstrating excellent organizational and facilitation skills.
• You are known for being trustworthy, detailed, and accurate.
