About the role
- Accounting Manager leading daily operations for EMEA accounting team at Transoft Solutions. Overseeing budgeting, reporting, and compliance within a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the accounting team in EMEA, overseeing day-to-day accounting activities, including AP, AR, bank reconciliation.
- Ensure month-end procedures are completed accurately and on-time.

- Prepare financial reports and analyses.
- Review tax returns and financial statements prepared by external accountants and auditors.
- Act as a power-user of Business Central and support EMEA users with this system.

- Implement and maintain operating and control procedures, aligned to group policies.
- Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned.
Requirements
- You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- You have progressive experience in accounting roles, preferably with international companies.
- You have a minimum of 2 years of management experience.
- You hold an ACA designation, or equivalent certification.
- You are highly proficient with Microsoft Excel.
- You exhibit strong teamwork skills and have the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people.
- You have very strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- You are able to prioritize and handle tasks in a timely manner, demonstrating excellent organizational and facilitation skills.
- You are known for being trustworthy, detailed, and accurate.
