About the role
- Accounting Clerk providing financial, administrative, and clerical services in a hybrid role at InBody. Processing incoming payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy in financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Process and record incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues
- Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
- Process and confirm Expense Reports from outside departments
- May be required to drive
Requirements
- 1-2 years working experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in computer systems, specifically MS Office Suite
- Hands-on experience in operating Excel spreadsheets
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Effective communication skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be able to drive and hold a valid U.S. driver’s license
