About the role
- Accounting Associate supporting daily accounting operations and client reconciliation for US Mobile. Requires attention to detail and collaboration with the Finance team in Karachi.
Responsibilities
- Record daily sales and apply client payments accurately in the ERP system.
- Communicate daily with B2B clients regarding renewal authorizations for phone lines.
- Reconcile client balances with internal records at month-end.
- Export and organize marketplace data in the prescribed Excel format.
- Manage amortization schedules for prepaid expenses and insurance via Google Sheets.
- Apply payments to device invoices on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with the Inventory Associate to create purchase orders and record receivers.
- Review Accounts Receivable (AR) ledger for B2B month-end closing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in A&F (mandatory)/Masters or Professional qualification preferred in Finance, or a related field.
- Must have 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience (ERP experience preferred).
- Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with accounting systems.
- Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
