About the role

  • Focus on consultative sales of advertising packages to various companies (B2B).
  • Promote the client and their business by offering marketing services.
  • Maintain direct and kind relationships with every customer.
  • Resolve situations with a positive attitude and handle sensitive customer data confidentially.
  • Collaborate with the TOP Team to support client marketing objectives and campaign delivery.

Requirements

  • Language Level: Advanced Portuguese (B2).
  • English B1 (intermediate) - confident communication is key.
  • High School Diploma (physical copy required).
  • Flexibility to work structured schedules: Training Mon-Fri 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Operations Mon-Fri 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM; weekends off; 40 hours per week.
  • 12 months of experience in digital marketing or digital sales.
  • Proactivity, taking ownership, and displaying confidence in decisions.
  • Ability to maintain direct and kind relationships with customers.
  • Handle sensitive customer data with care and confidentiality.
