About the role

  • Manage and optimize digital media campaigns from campaign launch to campaign wrap up
  • Create insertion orders and set up campaign placements
  • Gather assets, run weekly reporting, and create screenshot presentations
  • Produce monthly spend reports
  • Set up campaign line items in various serving systems, traffic tags, and optimize line items based on performance
  • Assist with and/or manage the search and social portions of campaigns or entire campaigns focused on search/social
  • Communicate and coordinate with clients, partners, publishers, and internal teams
  • Provide support for the client and internal team, collaborating across multiple reporting systems

Requirements

  • Advertising Major encouraged but not required
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft suite, especially Excel
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Entry-level (Minimum Experience: Entry-level)
  • Q1Media does not currently provide employment visa sponsorship
