About the role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Lead client meetings, develop proposals, and ensure delivery against agreed strategies.
  • Oversee influencer strategy, briefing, and performance reviews.
  • Guide marketplace activities including campaign mechanics, promotional strategies, and storefront management.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Translate client business objectives into actionable strategies and briefs for creative, influencer, and performance teams.
  • Oversee content calendars, scheduling, and publishing across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.).
  • Analyze and report on KPIs with actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
  • Mentor and guide Account Executives, fostering growth and high performance within the team.
  • Keep the team informed of social trends, platform updates, and innovative approaches to social commerce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in social media management, account servicing, or digital marketing, with proven client-facing experience.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of social platforms and marketplace tools (Meta, TikTok, TikTok Shop).
  • Detail-oriented, strategic, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written).
