About the role

  • Managing a portfolio of client accounts and overseeing all related activities.
  • Leading the planning, execution, and review of advertising and marketing projects.
  • Acting as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, providing updates and gathering feedback.
  • Conducting regular client meetings to review performance and project status.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Assisting with new business pitches and contributing to proposal development.
  • Supporting and training junior account executives as needed.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar client-facing role, ideally within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Chinese social media platforms, particularly WeChat and Rednote.
  • The ability to write and speak English to a professional level.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
  • High level of accuracy, organisational and analytical skills.
  • Solid understanding of both print and digital advertising.
  • A proactive, creative, and commercially aware mindset.
