Responsibilities
Daily onboarding, retention and win‑back of customers
Acquire new clients: dealers, brand networks, traders and brokers
Manage business relationships with existing clients in your portfolio and help them develop and grow their business with us
Win back clients who have stopped working with us by understanding their reasons for leaving
Conduct demonstrations of our selling solutions for buyers and sellers
Monitor and report market/territory information that could drive OPENLANE's sales and market share
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in field sales or a similar B2B role
Strong commercial/sales skills and the ability to manage and close deals effectively
Experience with used-vehicle (pre-owned vehicle) networks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and build client relationships
A positive attitude and a good sense of humor will take you far
Motivated to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets
Fluency in English is essential to operate within the organization
Knowledge of Salesforce
