About the role

  • Daily onboarding, retention and win‑back of customers
  • Acquire new clients: dealers, brand networks, traders and brokers
  • Manage business relationships with existing clients in your portfolio and help them develop and grow their business with us
  • Win back clients who have stopped working with us by understanding their reasons for leaving
  • Conduct demonstrations of our selling solutions for buyers and sellers
  • Monitor and report market/territory information that could drive OPENLANE's sales and market share

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in field sales or a similar B2B role
  • Strong commercial/sales skills and the ability to manage and close deals effectively
  • Experience with used-vehicle (pre-owned vehicle) networks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and build client relationships
  • A positive attitude and a good sense of humor will take you far
  • Motivated to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets
  • Fluency in English is essential to operate within the organization
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
