Responsibilities
You will build the structures and processes in Berlin together with management
You will take responsibility for managing your own clients
On behalf of the property owners, you will act as project manager for major works on the building
You are the balancing factor between owners and in communications with third parties
Requirements

You have strong communication skills and quickly build rapport with people
You are very good at reconciling the expectations of different stakeholder groups
You have already gained initial experience in real estate, law, or accounting
You speak fluent German and can communicate confidently in English
