Responsibilities
Manage a territory of high-potential accounts, focusing on retention and upsell
Engage with executives and directors from current customers in Portugal to build strong, long-lasting relationships and act as a trusted advisor in their digital transformation
Oversee overall account management and drive the right strategy and tactics to close expansion opportunities
Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers
Collaborate closely with our Customer Success team
Coordinate the extended team by contributing as a team member and prioritizing workloads to meet customer needs
Meet and exceed sales quotas with existing customers.
Requirements
3+ years of consistent achievement across both Account Executive and Account Manager roles
Experience in a high-growth SaaS sales environment is essential
Proven experience using a sales methodology to demonstrate and quantify value
Ability to build tailored business cases for each prospect’s situation
Focus on helping customers solve their problems and achieve their goals
Strong cultural fit with a team-oriented attitude; intelligent and coachable
Persuasive, with strong negotiation and closing skills
Proactive and autonomous in achieving and exceeding targets
Highly disciplined in following a sales process, managing time, applying qualification rigor, and maintaining CRM
