Responsibilities
Support in building knowledge of specific market, customer environment and specific customer activities, strategies, brands, markets, consumers via all available sources
Build relationships with customer decision makers/influencers by holding regular meetings
Develop understanding of customer decision making criteria
Timely and accurately document customer visits and insights
Consult with customer service on key customer supply issues and agree on communication /implementation plan with support of line management for more complex issues/solutions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Sciences or Engineering
5+ Commercial or technical background from flavor, ingredient, processed meat, instant noodles or food additive industry
China local account sales experience
Broad Food & Beverage industry network
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
