Responsibilities
**⌨️ Your main tasks would be as follows :**
Own the commercial relationship with your portfolio, acting as the client’s point of contact for all contract-related matters.
Drive revenue growth by managing renewals, expansions, cross-sells, and upsells.
Proactively minimise downsell and churn through early risk detection and action.
Deliver accurate revenue forecasting across renewals, expansions, and potential risks.
Build and maintain strong executive relationships and perform contact mapping to engage multiple stakeholders within the customer organisation.
Lead negotiations and contract management to maximise Net Revenue Retention.
Partner with CSMs to align on customer health insights and retention strategies.
Requirements

Skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams (CSM, Product, Legal, Professional Services) to deliver customer and business outcomes.
Track Record
Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding revenue targets by converting customer objectives into commercial opportunities.
Proven success in driving portfolio growth while minimizing churn and downsell.
