About the role

  • **⌨️ Your main tasks would be as follows :**
  • Own the commercial relationship with your portfolio, acting as the client’s point of contact for all contract-related matters.
  • Drive revenue growth by managing renewals, expansions, cross-sells, and upsells.
  • Proactively minimise downsell and churn through early risk detection and action.
  • Deliver accurate revenue forecasting across renewals, expansions, and potential risks.
  • Build and maintain strong executive relationships and perform contact mapping to engage multiple stakeholders within the customer organisation.
  • Lead negotiations and contract management to maximise Net Revenue Retention.
  • Partner with CSMs to align on customer health insights and retention strategies.

Requirements

  • Core Competencies
  • Strong analytical skills to manage revenue forecasting and portfolio performance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to engage at executive level.
  • Resilience and result-driven mindset, with proven ability to handle challenging situations.
  • Commercial orientation with the ability to identify and pursue revenue opportunities.
  • Expertise
  • Experience in managing renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansions within SaaS or account management.
  • Solid knowledge of contract management and legal/commercial processes.
  • Ability to perform contact mapping and build multithreaded relationships within client organizations.
  • Skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams (CSM, Product, Legal, Professional Services) to deliver customer and business outcomes.
  • Track Record
  • Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding revenue targets by converting customer objectives into commercial opportunities.
  • Proven success in driving portfolio growth while minimizing churn and downsell.
