Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive experience in Organization Development, HR, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic role.
Strong knowledge of OD frameworks, change management methodologies, and leadership development.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decisions.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence at all levels.
Familiarity with digital tools for learning, performance, and engagement.
