About the role

  • Develop and implement organization development strategies that support business transformation, growth, and cultural alignment.
  • Design and oversee leadership development programs, succession planning, and talent pipelines.
  • Lead change initiatives, including organizational restructuring, process improvement, and cultural transformation.
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee experience, engagement, and retention.
  • Enhance performance management systems to align individual goals with organizational objectives.
  • Support organizational structure reviews and workforce planning.
  • Partner with HR, business leaders, and external consultants to deliver impactful OD solutions.
  • Use analytics and feedback tools to assess organizational health and recommend interventions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive experience in Organization Development, HR, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic role.
  • Strong knowledge of OD frameworks, change management methodologies, and leadership development.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decisions.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence at all levels.
  • Familiarity with digital tools for learning, performance, and engagement.
