About the role

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Provide clients with campaign updates, performance reviews, and strategic recommendations.
  • Lead client meetings including campaign reviews and business updates.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling services to deliver additional value.
  • Manage and oversee performance campaigns to ensure they meet client objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (performance, strategy) for smooth campaign execution.
  • Monitor campaign health, proactively resolving any issues.
  • Prepare and present performance reports with insights and optimization opportunities.
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing and process improvements within the team.
  • Ensure adherence to Primal’s internal processes and reporting standards.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in account management, preferably within digital marketing or advertising.
  • Strong understanding of performance media and paid media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities to evaluate campaign performance and provide insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence.
