Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Provide clients with campaign updates, performance reviews, and strategic recommendations.
Lead client meetings including campaign reviews and business updates.
Identify opportunities for upselling services to deliver additional value.
Manage and oversee performance campaigns to ensure they meet client objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams (performance, strategy) for smooth campaign execution.
Monitor campaign health, proactively resolving any issues.
Prepare and present performance reports with insights and optimization opportunities.
Contribute to knowledge-sharing and process improvements within the team.
Ensure adherence to Primal’s internal processes and reporting standards.
Requirements
Proven expertise in account management, preferably within digital marketing or advertising.
Strong understanding of performance media and paid media platforms.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical abilities to evaluate campaign performance and provide insights.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
