About the role

  • End-to-end management of Retail Marketing briefs for the client
  • Manage and execute campaigns and projects from briefing and quoting to project management, creative reviews, production and launch
  • Collaborate directly with clients and internal creative and production teams
  • Support across other channel activity including ATL TV Adverts, Organic Social, CRM and general creative activity
  • Day-to-day customer relationship management
  • Quoting, briefing and management of projects against budget
  • Work in collaboration with the wider creative account team across omnichannel briefs

Requirements

  • Agency background in a client-facing role (retail experience is a plus, but not required)
  • Comfortably providing constructive feedback on strategic and creative outputs in alignment with client briefs and key goals
  • Dedicated to ensuring client happiness through exceptional service, support, and reporting
  • Proactively addressing and resolving client concerns as they arise
  • Relevant computer skills – highly proficient with Microsoft applications
  • Collaborate closely with the client team as a seamless extension of their efforts
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced retail setting
  • Enthusiastic about gaining insights into the client’s business needs
  • Capable of managing several projects independently while proactively considering the impact on clients, as well as creative and technical teams
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
