About the role

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong and trusted relationships.
  • Manage campaigns end to end, from brief through to delivery and reporting.
  • Prepare work in progress updates, financial reports and client billing.
  • Brief creative teams, review output, and ensure the highest standards of delivery.
  • Support planning with insights into client challenges and industry trends.
  • Present confidently to clients and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Experience working in an agency environment, ideally with retail or consumer brands.
  • Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to manage budgets and timelines.
  • Proven ability to deliver multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • A collaborative, flexible mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
