Responsibilities
Foster relationships with our growing customer base
Immerse yourself in our industry leading coffee offering and wholesale support
Be our brand ambassador ensuring customers receive the very best service
Build strong relationships with our customers for their success
Connect with café customers across the South of the UK
Prepare and monitor sales analysis of customer performance and offer proactive solutions
Responsible for onboarding new customers
Work closely with various internal teams to ensure customer success
Review and analyse aged debt with the Customer Experience and Finance teams
Requirements
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Impeccable organisational skills, able to prioritise tasks and have good time management capability
Previous experience in Sales or Account management would be beneficial but not essential
Strong admin skills
A valid driver’s license would be beneficial but not essential
Comfortable with regional travel
Strong financial acumen – be good with numbers and know your way around a spreadsheet or two!
A background in coffee would be ideal (working knowledge of machinery, barista skills etc)
Passionate about hospitality and engaged in the community
