As a natural relationship builder, you prevent and reduce churn of our restaurant partners by closely and proactively collaborating with them
You negotiate exclusive deals with our existing partners to provide attractive offers for our users
You continuously analyse collected data and feedback to improve the partner experience
You play a key role in shaping our Account Management and proactively develop new structures and processes
You work closely with other teams from marketing, sales and product development to consider partner needs and help develop innovative solutions
Requirements
You have excellent communication skills in English on a native-speaking level and ideally an understanding of the British restaurant/gastronomy industry.
You have already gained 3-4 years of professional experience in account management, sales or customer success/support and bring a natural commercial mindset. Managing up to 500 partner accounts doesn’t scare you.
You come across professionally over the phone and via email and can show enthusiasm for our app and what we stand for as a business. You usually problem-solve on the fly.
You are a skilled negotiator and have a strong power of persuasion. You are confident, not put off by a “no” and remain persistent and resilient in a passionate way.
You work independently and in a structured manner - you bring a high sense of responsibility and commitment to the job and are not put off by an ambiguous and fast paced startup environment.
