Requirements
Prior account management experience (4 years minimum) within a marketing, social, brand or advertising agency, or similar multi-disciplinary digital or creative venture.
Deep knowledge of digital marketing and creative workflows.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities for managing client relationships and expectations.
Experience in leading and working alongside diverse teams in a collaborative and respectful manner.
Problem-solving proficiency and the ability to manage and execute complex projects successfully.
Flexibility to move between different project areas as needed.
A strong background in developing and implementing strategic plans that drive client success and business growth.
Proven leadership skills with the capability to direct cross-functional teams.
Skillful in project and budget management, capable of juggling multiple projects with attention to detail.
A strategic and innovative approach to cultivating opportunities within client relationships.
Experience with training, coaching, and mentoring junior-level employees.
Experience with project management tools like Asana, Jira, Monday, etc. required.
