Responsibilities
Be the key driver behind the success of top-performing sellers
Advise and support highest-performing sellers during onboarding and throughout their journey
Manage and optimize performance of top-tier sellers to unlock their full sales potential
Upgrade customers from free trial to paid packages by showcasing value
Enhance customer profitability by identifying cross-selling opportunities
Track interactions within CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and report as directed
Provide support at events representing the company with expertise and professionalism
Contribute to the rollout of new features and programs with a proactive attitude
Requirements
Over 2 years of sales experience (ideally in e-commerce)
Fully proficient in Italian and English
Regular client communication through various channels
Skills in negotiation or eager to develop this skill
E-commerce experience (advantageous)
