About the role

  • Be the key driver behind the success of top-performing sellers
  • Advise and support highest-performing sellers during onboarding and throughout their journey
  • Manage and optimize performance of top-tier sellers to unlock their full sales potential
  • Upgrade customers from free trial to paid packages by showcasing value
  • Enhance customer profitability by identifying cross-selling opportunities
  • Track interactions within CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and report as directed
  • Provide support at events representing the company with expertise and professionalism
  • Contribute to the rollout of new features and programs with a proactive attitude

Requirements

  • Over 2 years of sales experience (ideally in e-commerce)
  • Fully proficient in Italian and English
  • Regular client communication through various channels
  • Skills in negotiation or eager to develop this skill
  • E-commerce experience (advantageous)
