Responsibilities
You are responsible for driving overall revenue and market share growth for the assigned portfolio of existing and new clients.
You manage our entire hotel portfolio across brands with focus markets Hamburg & Hanover, including sales responsibility for Radisson Blu Hannover.
You create a consultative sales approach to maximize business opportunities.
You identify new business contacts through continuous market analysis, develop them, and deepen relationships with existing clients.
You develop a strategic account plan for each key and prospect account.
Through proactive communication you strengthen collaboration within global account teams.
You prepare reports and use appropriate systems to analyze data and create action plans.
Requirements
Ideally a degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
Experience in sales within the hotel industry.
Knowledge of revenue and yield (revenue) management.
Experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
Fluency in German and English.
Ability to quickly adapt to different IT systems.
Solution-oriented mindset and willingness to take on challenges.
Open and positive personality with a passion for making a positive impact on others.
