Responsibilities
Drive growth and retention across your portfolio.
Understand our clients’ needs and provide strategic guidance.
Own the client relationship with a focus on identifying and executing upsell opportunities.
Manage contract renewals and churn requests.
Report regularly on performance and share best practices with the team.
Requirements
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in B2B, customer-facing roles within international SaaS — ideally in finance or software, in sales, or at an early-stage startup.
Initial sales experience (preferred) in a B2B environment and the ability to identify upsell opportunities and create actionable plans to drive expansion.
Goal-oriented, action-focused, and analytical in your approach.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, adapt quickly to challenges, and maintain a positive attitude.
Strong plus: good understanding of corporate finance and previous exposure to finance/treasury teams.
Demonstrated structured approach to past projects and strong negotiation skills.
Native or C2+ level German and business-fluent English.
