About the role

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client communications and escalations.
  • Understand client business goals and proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Deliver product training and demos to clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Delivery, Product, Operations) to meet client expectations.
  • Analyze client data to identify trends, optimize ROI, and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate and prioritize client requests for new features or services.
  • Represent the company at industry events across Europe (occasional travel required).
  • Stay updated with industry trends, product updates, and best practices.
  • Help the delivery team collect, verify, and prioritize clients' technical and non-technical requirements for new product features.
  • Ensure clients clearly understand the product development roadmap and upcoming releases.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in Account Management, preferably in SaaS, payments, or iGaming.
  • Solid understanding of online business functions: payments, marketing, affiliates, customer service, and content.
  • Familiarity with player account management, wallet systems, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
