About the role

  • Account Manager connecting AI solutions and rehab clinics. Driving sales processes and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage the entire sales cycle with customers
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with rehabilitation clinics
  • Together with our Product team, analyze customers' specific needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Occasional participation in professional events and congresses
  • Data maintenance and documentation in our CRM

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales or account management — ideally in healthcare or the SaaS sector
  • Confident presence and strong communication skills when interacting with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven success in developing and closing complex sales cycles
  • Ability to clearly explain AI-based solutions and convey their benefits
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Willingness to travel within Germany
  • High self-motivation, a hands-on mentality and enjoyment of a dynamic start-up environment
  • Empathetic in dealings with customers and colleagues
  • Open to new things, eager to learn and tech-savvy
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to take on responsibility
  • Reliable in commitments and consistent in following through on promises
