About the role

  • Account Manager responsible for handling client relationships at a performance marketing agency. Focus on optimizing campaigns for E-Commerce and Print-Mailing.

Responsibilities

  • Your mission is to use methodically structured account management to deliver the value proposition to account clients.
  • You take responsibility together with colleagues from Account and Sales Management and drive this forward.
  • Familiarization with our internal processes and structures.
  • Conducting onboarding calls, check-up calls, and media planning calls.
  • Creating media plans aligned with client briefings and needs.
  • Joint evaluations of booked campaigns with our new and existing clients.

Requirements

  • You hold a university degree, preferably in business, marketing, or business communication.
  • You have several years of experience as an Account Manager with a background in B2B marketing, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Business-fluent German and English.
  • You are sales-oriented.
  • You are a project manager and, together with clients and our team, bring developed ideas to life.
  • You are a relationship manager and develop a deep understanding of the various roles within our clients' organizations.
  • You systematically analyze your clients to proactively identify opportunities and risks.
