About the role

  • Act as the bridge between clients and technical teams;
  • Manage client relationships and ensure successful delivery of AI projects;
  • Organize and facilitate sprints, manage long-term project plans;
  • Gather and write both technical and non-technical requirements;
  • Coordinate closely with Machine Learning and Engineering teams;
  • Lead retrospectives and demos, contribute to project proposals and RFPs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field;
  • 3+ years of experience in project or account management within a tech or software company;
  • Proven experience managing client relationships and coordinating multidisciplinary teams;
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira or Linear;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian;
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience working in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science environments;
  • Familiarity with writing RFPs, project proposals, or business requirement documents;
  • Background in consulting or B2B software delivery;
  • Understanding of software delivery lifecycles and collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.
