About the role

  • Plan, design and deliver live experiences and support materials with clients and internal teams
  • Support clients to develop localised experiential campaigns from planning through delivery and post-event evaluation
  • Manage the rollout of services and products for various client activities
  • Take ownership and manage client projects from conception through to delivery, on time, on budget and on brand
  • Produce contact reports, status reports and run status meetings
  • 360 stakeholder management, understanding and addressing interests of all parties
  • Contribute to the production of an exciting briefing process
  • Use knowledge of production techniques across media to identify appropriate production choices
  • Demonstrate awareness of client business objectives and how individual campaigns fit into overall strategy
  • Support senior team members and drive a strategic approach through insights, data and analysis
  • Develop understanding of finances (income, profit, scope, contract)
  • Negotiate with clients and suppliers on fees and costs
  • Role predominantly office based with occasional logistical duties on-site; hybrid working between Bristol office and remote

Requirements

  • Ideally an established Account Manager (live event background desirable but not essential)
  • Strong on administration and process; attention to detail
  • Experience servicing accounts and supporting Live Experiences work
  • Understanding of agency process and resource management
  • Ability to anticipate and communicate problems and opportunities
  • Calm and consistent manner when plans change; ability to think on your feet
  • Ability to look beyond day-to-day and identify potential issues and solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-starter and team player; solution oriented and able to ‘make things happen’
  • Organisation skills and ability to manage, prioritise and juggle multiple projects efficiently
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders on both the client and agency side
  • On-going interest in industry leading ideas and emerging trends
